AN ASSISTANT TO THE MANAGEMENT

Your responsibilities:

Support and cooperation with the managing director
Takeover and coordination of cross-company projects and special tasks
Immediate collaboration on specific tasks and projects
The interface between management and the direct reporting
divisions and departments
Your profile:

Online Marketing / E-Commerce B.A. / B.Sc. (Uni/FH) (or similar studies)
First professional experience in online marketing is desirable
Quick perception, initiative, creativity
Willingness to take on responsibility
Able to work under pressure, flexible, team player
Good computer skills


A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER 

Your responsibilities:

Ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction
Management of customer data
Customer support and related tasks such as returns, warranty claims, provision of information
Immediate involvement in specific tasks and projects

Your profile:

First professional experience in online marketing is desirable
Initial experience in customer support is desirable
Quick perception, initiative, creativity
High charisma and social competence
Very good knowledge of the German language and grammar
Flexible, team player, social.
Good computer skills
