Yes, we ship all over the world for free. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Only 6-10 business days. We ship Monday through Friday and same day if you order before 4pm.

Otherwise, your package will be shipped the following day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

After that, the product will be on its way and with you within 6-10 days or in 10-13 business days via free Go Green shipping if the shipping volume is high.

You can track your delivery at any time and specify delivery preferences in the email.

If there is ever a problem with your delivery, please contact us promptly so we can clarify the situation with the shipping company.

In rare cases, there may be a problem with the delivery by the shipping company (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Hermes).

Please first check the address that you entered in the ordering process.

Write to us using our contact form so that we can initiate a follow-up request with the shipping company.

We will inform you about the status as soon as we have a response from the shipping company.

This usually takes up to 14 days. After a positive clarification we will send you a new package immediately.

Please respond promptly to your order confirmation if you wish to make any changes to your order.

If you forgot to provide your house number or similar, we will contact you for this and ask for the information.

Return your product with packaging to us within 30 days of receipt and let us know using our contact form.

Please include a note with your first and last name and your order number.

If your product is defective or has defects, please also write "DEFECTIVE" in capital letters on the note or delivery receipt.

The costs of the return are to be paid by the customer, we do not issue a return bill.

We do not issue return receipts in order to minimize CO₂ emissions and protect the environment.

Returns should only be made in the most necessary cases and are not financially supported by us.

With your name, we can guarantee your shipment to you.

Within the next 3-14 days after the arrival of the return, you will be refunded the full purchase amount with the payment method you used.

You have a one time warranty for 24 months. Please send us pictures of your defect via email.

After an inspection of the defect we will get back to you and give you the option to return.

You can then return the product to us for a fee as explained in the "return" tab.

We currently respond within 72 hours and are available from Monday to Saturday from 08:00 - 19:00.

Only in case of a particularly large number of requests it may take longer.

Our products are strictly limited and only a small number in stock.

If your desired product is sold out, please feel free to contact us - we will give you exact information about your desired product.

We offer Paypal, Apple Pay & Google Pay as express check-out.

Otherwise, in the next step you can also pay with PayPal, Klarna purchase on account, Klarna instant transfer, credit card, & online bank transfer.

All transactions are secure and encrypted. With Klarna purchase on account you can test the product and pay 14 days later. With both PayPal and Klarna you get additional buyer protection.
