Return your product with packaging to us within 30 days of receipt and let us know using our contact form.

Please include a note with your first and last name and your order number.

If your product is defective or has defects, please also write "DEFECTIVE" in capital letters on the note or delivery receipt.

The costs of the return are to be paid by the customer, we do not issue a return bill.

We do not issue return receipts in order to minimize CO₂ emissions and protect the environment.

Returns should only be made in the most necessary cases and are not financially supported by us.

With your name, we can guarantee your shipment to you.

Within the next 3-14 days after the arrival of the return, you will be refunded the full purchase amount with the payment method you used.


You have a one time warranty for 24 months. Please send us pictures of your defect via email.

After an inspection of the defect we will get back to you and give you the option to return.

You can then return the product to us for a fee as explained in the "return" tab.
